Welcome to Perdeuoquê! By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide true and accurate information when registering an item. It is prohibited to post illegal, offensive, or third-party rights-violating content. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

2. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, without prior notice, any content that we deem inappropriate or that violates our terms. Registered items undergo moderation before being published.

3. Limitation of Liability

Perdeuoquê acts as a platform to connect users. We are not responsible for meetings, transactions, or any damage arising from user interaction. We strongly recommend that meetings for returning items take place in public and safe locations.

4. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

5. Corporate Area and Company Responsibilities

Perdeuoquê offers a Corporate Area intended for legal entities (companies, commercial establishments, institutions, and organizations) that wish to manage lost and found items in their premises. Use of this area is subject to the following conditions:

  • Perdeuoquê acts primarily as a digital publishing and intermediation platform. All item collection and delivery logistics are performed via Melhor Envio (native integration). Companies with the Premium Media Kit get free shipping in the same region; companies without a Media Kit pay a 2% surcharge on the shipping value.
  • The company retains full responsibility for custody, conservation, and security of items on its premises. Transport (collection and delivery) is performed via Melhor Envio, with the carrier responsible for shipping after label generation.
  • The registered company must ensure that information published about items is truthful and does not violate third-party privacy rights.
  • Perdeuoquê is not responsible for any losses, damages, misplacements, or deterioration of objects in the custody of the partner company.
  • The company acknowledges that Perdeuoquê has no employment, corporate, or any other relationship with its employees, and any act of theirs is the exclusive responsibility of the company.
  • The CNPJ provided at registration must be valid and active with the Federal Revenue. Registration with an invalid, suspended, or third-party CNPJ constitutes misuse and may result in immediate account suspension.
  • Perdeuoquê reserves the right to suspend or terminate the corporate account at any time, without prior notice, in case of non-compliance with these Terms or improper use of the platform.
  • Corporate billing occurs in two ways: on-demand inventory (free up to 10 items, R$ 0.67 per item up to 100, R$ 0.49 per item above 100, with a consolidated monthly invoice) and Media Kits (Executive R$ 497.90/month and Premium R$ 1,397.90/month) with recurring gateway billing. Cancellation may be made at any time, but there will be no pro-rated refund for amounts already paid for the current period.

By joining the Corporate Area, the company declares that it has read, understood, and fully agreed to these conditions, relieving Perdeuoquê of any liability arising from the custody or management of items.

6. Disposal of Unresolved Items

Physical items registered by partner companies in the Corporate Area that are not claimed or resolved within the contractual period of 12 (twelve) months will become the property of Perdeuoquê.com, which may, at its sole discretion:

  • Discard the item in an environmentally responsible manner.
  • Donate the item to charities, NGOs, or registered philanthropic organizations.

By registering items on the platform, the partner company declares awareness of this policy and expressly authorizes Perdeuoquê to carry out the final disposal of unresolved items after the established period, without any claim, compensation, or burden to Perdeuoquê.

Before final disposal, when 20 (twenty) inventory items complete 3 (three) months without a valid match, the company may choose to send them to local charities. Perdeuoquê will suggest nearby entities (via geolocated search) and the shipping, if chosen, is performed via Melhor Envio.

This clause does not apply to personal or sensitive documentary items (identity documents, passports, cards, etc.), which must be forwarded to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

7. Virtual Currency (Pcoins)

The platform offers users a virtual currency called Pcoin, exclusive for internal use and with no monetary value outside the site.

Pcoins can be accumulated by performing activities on the platform, such as registrations, logins, item resolutions, among others, and can be used for payment of premium plans or for redemption as credit for lost items, when eligible.

The site may, at any time and at its sole discretion:

  • Change the way to accumulate or redeem Pcoins.
  • Correct or adjust conversion rates between Pcoins and services.
  • Cancel Pcoins balances obtained through fraudulent activities or in disagreement with platform rules.

The accumulation of Pcoins does not constitute acquired rights and is subject to the rules and policies in effect at the time of use.

Pcoins are personal, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
